Newcomen Commercial Services Pty Ltd operates on a 'No Success No Charge' basis. Only upon successful collection of your debt do we charge a flat rate commission.
Our business has operated successfully and reputably in the Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, for more than 50 years. All actions taken on your behalf are done in a strictly professional and confidential manner and we are always conscious that you may wish to conduct repeat business with the debtors who are sometimes passed over to this office for collection.
Our debt recovery service is provided for business-to-business matters, as well as individual debtors.

The Collection Process
We use a very specific and successful collection process, involving the following steps:
- Receive account information
- Demand letters and field calls
- Summons authority process
- Default judgment and judgment demand
- Writ of execution and garnishee orders
The process begins with retrieval of the account information for each debtor. We then we start the process of collection which involves, but is not necessarily limited to, sending demand letters and conducting field calls.
If necessary, we can take stronger legal action in the quest to reach a successful outcome.
